We’re growing our team here at Becker’s and seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to
take our event audience/product growth to the next level!


As Associate Director, Event Audience Growth, you’ll be at the forefront of developing
and executing innovative, high-impact attendee acquisition strategies that expand
reach, boost engagement, and drive measurable success.


This role is a powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, where you'll
leverage data insights, cutting-edge marketing tactics, and audience analytics to exceed

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Growth
● Develop and optimize data-driven strategies to attract high-value audiences for
12+ premier live events in Chicago.
● Elevate audience acquisition by refining proven methods and pioneering
innovative engagement tactics.
● Ensure precision targeting by implementing robust verification checks that align
recruitment goals with overall attendance objectives.
● Drive audience/product excellence by establishing gold-standard engagement
and retention best practices for every event.
● Leverage data intelligence to analyze past event and digital audience behaviors,
uncovering trends that enhance acquisition funnels, brand visibility, and event
success.
● Continuously refine success metrics by tracking, analyzing, and optimizing key
performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize attendee acquisition and team
performance.


Stakeholder Management
● Drive seamless collaboration by maintaining clear, proactive communication
between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
● Empower senior leadership with compelling, data-driven performance insights
that shape strategic decisions and future event success.
● Cultivate VIP relationships with key attendees, speakers, and clients, creating
unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and engagement.

● Own the moment by leading high-stakes issue management and real-time
problem-solving during live events, ensuring flawless execution and attendee
satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:
● Quantifiable attendance growth achieved from both leading and actively
executing strategies that attract, engage, and retain the right audiences.
● Visualized and measurable positive impacts on retention and engagement
metrics from innovative experiences, seamless touchpoints, and strategic
relationship-building efforts.


Qualifications:
● 3–5 years of proven success in audience and/ or product growth, with hands-on
experience in data-driven strategy execution and engagement optimization.
● Expertise in data analysis, leveraging audience insights, performance metrics,
and trends to drive strategic decision-making.
● Strong proficiency in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
success, refine strategies, and enhance event outcomes.
● Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability
to translate data insights into actionable strategies for internal teams and external
partners.
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for backgrounds in
marketing, business analytics, or data-driven disciplines.
