Internship Highlights:
- Hands-On Experience: Dive into our work with the first 2-3 weeks spent shadowing installation production in the field.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with our Superintendent, assisting in project planning, managing projects and personnel, and troubleshooting all stages of roofing installations.
- Join our dynamic team where you'll be on the road in our company vehicle, moving between locations to support various projects, with a primary focus on assisting your team and delivering materials.

- Project Collaboration: Work closely with our Superintendent to assist in project planning, project and personnel management, and troubleshooting all stages of roofing installations. Our goal is to have you operating as a manager and independently managing your own project before the end of your internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in project management, providing hands-on experience in overseeing a project from its inception to completion within the roofing industry.

Qualifications:
- Motivation: Be driven and motivated to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at heights.
- Must be 21 and older.
Compensation:
- Paid Internship: Competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
