•Work with sales management to identify and qualify potential leads based on established company criteria.

•Utilize sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn, Amplemarket, and Salesforce to research and develop a pipeline of qualified companies and contacts for the sales team.

•Understand key decision makers within target organizations and strategize outbound messaging specific to company divisions (facility management, construction, signage, and technology)

•Collaborate with Sales Executives to create balanced prospecting goals within each assigned territory.

•Maintain accurate and up to date records of prospect data and communication in company CRM

•Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitive activities.

•Conduct outbound email communication and cold calls to prospective clients.

•Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
