We are seeking a motivated Content & Media Manager Intern for Summer 2025 to support our marketing efforts across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and real estate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Content & Media Manager Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our digital and onsite marketing presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Email Marketing & Communications:
- Create and schedule Mailchimp e-blasts for different communities.
- Ensure email campaigns align with branding and property marketing goals.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Marketing Collateral Creation:
- Design and distribute flyers, promotional materials, and digital content for communities.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing assets.
On-Site Marketing Support:
- Assist in addressing signage needs at communities, including ordering and installation coordination.
- Support property teams with marketing materials and visual merchandising.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market surveys and competitive studies to analyze local trends.
- Gather insights on pricing, promotions, and offerings from competitor properties.
Website Management:
- Update community websites with special offers, promotions, and photography.
- Ensure website accuracy and alignment with current marketing initiatives.
Digital Audits & Optimization:
- Review and correct inconsistencies in online listings, digital assets, and property profiles.
- Assist in improving online presence and reputation management.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting onsite teams.
- Interest in real estate, property marketing, and digital media.
Additional Details
- The main office is located in Chamblee, GA, but some travel to properties may be required.
- Flexible work environment with both remote and onsite tasks.
- Hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital media, and branding.
