We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent marketing student for a paid internship with Oasis Custom Decks. This is an exciting chance to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, brand building, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management: Directly manage our Google Ads campaigns, working within set budgets to drive results.
• Social Media Management: Oversee our company’s social media presence, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Content Creation: Evaluate AI tools to enhance content creation for posts and ads.
• Brand Development: Help establish a new online brand for custom greenhouse domes. You will have input into brand creation and developing an online presence from the ground up.
• On-Site Content Gathering: Visit job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing materials, social media, and ads.

This internship will give you hands-on experience in areas that marketing students study in the classroom, and you’ll work alongside a business owner with an established brand. It’s an entrepreneurial environment that will teach you skills needed to establish your own brand or manage a business in the future.

Ideal Candidate:

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re driven, proactive, and want to contribute ideas.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiar with Facebook and Instagram business tools.
• Photography & Videography Skills: Comfortable capturing and editing content from job sites.
• Bonus Skills: Video editing and design experience are a plus, though not required.
• Remote Work: This is primarily a work-from-home position, but occasional site visits are required. Reliable internet and a self-motivated attitude are a must.
