We’re looking for an experienced Video Tutorial + Content Creator with expert-level clay making + painting skills, who’s comfortable recording their hands and voice, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Film clear horizontal and vertical video content using a smartphone for our learning platform.
• Partner with the Video Content Planner to ensure tutorials are streamlined and easy to follow.
• Shoot claymaking techniques and demonstrations that maintain brand consistency and instructional clarity.
• Demonstrate various clay techniques confidently on camera.
• Record voiceover narration to align seamlessly with filmed crochet footage.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment.
• Follow written guidelines with precision to maintain content accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ceramics experience.
• Skilled in capturing content using a mobile device.
• Capable of interpreting and applying brand guidelines to produce engaging educational content.
• Adept at working remotely in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple projects, shifting priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Canva, as well as recording gear such as microphones and lighting setups.
• Interested in refining video production, editing, and collaborative processes.
• Portfolio demonstrating skills in video creation, ideally featuring instructional videos, learning-focused content, or vertically filmed tutorials.
