Business Development

Job Summary: The Business Development/Outside Sales Role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new and existing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct lunch and learn presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Track ongoing projects and understand customer needs and how they align with our inventory.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreeĀ 
  • Understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS outlook/word/excel is preferred
  • Willingness to travel.
