Business Development
Job Summary: The Business Development/Outside Sales Role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new and existing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct lunch and learn presentations to prospective and current clients.
- Track ongoing projects and understand customer needs and how they align with our inventory.
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degreeĀ
- Understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS outlook/word/excel is preferred
- Willingness to travel.
