Business Development Intern

Position Summary: The Business Development Intern will support the BD team in actives related to key Synergy Markets, Segments, Applications and Product Lines. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Data consolidation and maintenance to support reporting and forecasting utilizing various business information systems
• Interface and foster relationships with cross functional team members (sales, marketing, research and development, quality) 
• Assist with prospect identification / validation 
• Explore and expand knowledge for aggressive application targets  
• Participate in group intern project as a business development lead
• Product campaign management and reporting

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Must be enrolled in an Accredited Business or Marketing-related Bachelor’s program.
• General knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple projects within a given day
• Ability to interact with several key stakeholders on multiple projects simultaneously
• A positive attitude, a team player, engaging and able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
