Location: Remote + Hybrid opportunities available
Open to: Community College and 4-year students.
Time Zone: Flexible
Hours: 15-30 hours/week
Second Day Overview: Second Day is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people from historically marginalized backgrounds launch their careers in social impact. Through our core Fellowship program, we place Fellows in paid internships and provide the training, mentorship, and connection they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Second Day Fellowship Overview: Through the Impact Fellowship, students complete a paid internship ($15-$25/hour) with one of our social impact partners. Some of our employer partners include National League of Cities, iCivics, BUILD, SWAN Impact Network, and Bell Creek Consulting, amongst others. Alongside this hands-on work, Fellows receive comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and long-term career support to build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Our goal is for this Fellowship to be a jumping-off point into a long, sustainable career in the non-profit and social impact industry!
