Marketing Intern

Summary: 

We are seeking a Marketing and Operations Intern that is eager to learn and driven to join our team. This position offers excellent hands-on experience in finance and marketing. You will work closely with our marketing and operations team to assist in various projects aimed at enhancing our firm’s visibility, client engagement, and streamlining our processes. 

Responsibilities: 

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos, to increase our online presence and engagement with our target audience. 

Assist in development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness in the marketplace. 

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.  

Assess analytics and identify potential areas for improvement. 

Support the planning and execution of events such as seminars, webinars, and other promotional events. 

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for marketing initiatives. 

Assist with administrative tasks as needed within the marketing and financial planning team.  

Work alongside our Operations Leader to support data and software management, mailings, and other ongoing projects. 

Requirements: 

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.  

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. 

Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Google Analytics, Adobe, Canva, and PowerPoint. Experience with Semrush, Google Ads, and Google Search Console is a plus. 

Proficiency in creating content for different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  

Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges. 

Prior experience in marketing or financial services is a plus.
