Job Title: Business Strategy and Sales Management Intern

 

Job Type: Part-time Internship

We're seeking a motivated college student to join our dynamic team as a Business Strategy and Sales Management Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, sales strategies, and proposal development while working in a fast-paced business environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and new market segments
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and opportunities
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Support lead generation activities and database management
  • Help create and analyze sales reports and metrics
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations
  • Participate in sales meetings and shadow sales calls when appropriate
  • Assist in organizing and executing sales events or campaigns
  • Support the development of sales proposals and pricing models
  • Gain familiarity with various pricing strategies and their application in different market scenarios

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in learning about proposal writing and pricing strategies
