Creator Community Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Creator Community Manager who will play a key role in our affiliate marketing and creator community initiatives on TikTok. This person will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that build and maintain a dynamic community of affiliates, influencers, and content creators. The role combines creativity with strategic insights to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through the management of affiliate relationships and community-led campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Build and nurture relationships with a diverse network of affiliates and influencers, fostering a supportive and collaborative community aligned with OverCast's brand values.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with affiliates and creators to develop compelling, on-brand content, driving product visibility and aligning with our clients’ social commerce goals.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics and affiliate performance to assess the effectiveness of creative strategies, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Create and execute engaging, innovative strategies for affiliate-driven campaigns, leveraging the unique strengths of TikTok to promote and enhance OverCast’s clients’ brands.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, passionately advocating for OverCast and its clients, and ensuring that all community interactions align with our values and voice.
  • Trend Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on TikTok trends, content formats, and audience behaviors, regularly sharing insights with the team to refine strategies and stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Strategy, LIVE Shopping, and Performance Marketing, to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to client objectives.

 

Requirements:

Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management is preferred, especially with TikTok or other content-focused platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural talent for connecting with creators and affiliates.
  • Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with an eye for impactful, audience-driven content.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with a rigorous focus on detail and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of TikTok and other social media trends; experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for social commerce and the influencer landscape.
