Potential Responsibilities

• AI-Enhanced Video Editing: Utilize AI-powered tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, and Kaiber AI to streamline editing, enhance visual effects, and generate motion graphics.
• Motion Graphics Creation: Develop engaging motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI animation tools.
• AI-Powered Automation: Implement automation in video workflows using tools like Descript, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs for voiceovers and script-to-video processing.
• Video Production & Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and training courses, ensuring high engagement.
• Generative AI Integration: Experiment with AI-generated B-rolls, AI avatars, and text-to-video animation to enhance video storytelling.
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop high-quality video clips optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Post-Production Optimization: Use AI-based tools like Topaz Video AI for upscaling and enhancing video quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content team, marketing team, and AI specialists to align video content with VisioneerIT’s strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

✅ Experience with AI-enhanced video tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber AI, Descript, Synthesia, and Topaz AI

✅ Knowledge of motion design principles, kinetic typography, and 2D/3D animations

✅ Familiarity with n8n or other no-code automation tools for streamlining video editing workflows

✅ Understanding of AI-generated voiceovers and text-to-speech tools like ElevenLabs or Murf AI
