We are seeking talented Telephone SALES Representatives to help support our growing organization. Our Telephone SALES Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Depending on your area of focus, you will be responsible for telephone sales or technical service. Our decision-making processes emphasize clear and open lines of communication, with no hierarchy or set roles. Spanish speaking a plus , Must have a high pitch voice .
Responsibilities:
- Direct customer calls to appropriate members of staff.
- Make sales pitches to customers. with great voice and personality and follow ups
- Answer callers' questions and book them for easy Commissions
- Keep records of customer service calls via CRM .
- Find new customers through calling the leads that comes through .
- Call customers to remind them of up coming events .
- Help customers access the right services with booking there limousine .
- Approach customers about changing their service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
