Coordinates clinical research studies, performing related tasks and activities. Collects information, recruits, screens, selects, determines eligibility, and enrolls study participants and ensures subjects follow the research protocol. This position will assist in a variety of activities involved in the collection, compilation, documentation, and analysis of clinical research conducted by principal investigator. Assisting investigators in data collection and recording and administrative tasks is expected. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clinical research efforts while assisting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with the coordination and execution of clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection.
· Perform clinical assessments and measurements as directed by healthcare professionals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and research documentation.
· Prepare study materials and equipment for research procedures.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards for research conduct.
· Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing study-related correspondence.
· Assist with patient care activities such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and assisting with medical procedures under supervision.
· Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting patients and prospective patients and reminding them of upcoming appointments.
· Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical providers.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of clinical research experience.
· Basic knowledge of email, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat needed.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and logic ability skills.
· Must be able to focus on tedious mental tasks with great accuracy. There is a great amount of clerical and data entry work for this position that have deadlines and require a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to meet deadlines and help coordinate multiple aspects of the ongoing project.
· Detail oriented with high attention to accuracy.
· Ability to build rapport, navigates sensitive topics, and maintains confidentiality with a diverse pool of research participants and vendors.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
