Special Education Director Wanted for O’Neill Public Schools

Are you a passionate leader dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? We are seeking a Special Education Director to oversee and enhance our special education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws
Support and mentor special education staff
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
Advocate for students with diverse learning needs

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Special Education, Administration, or willing to earn
Leadership experience 
Strong knowledge of IDEA and other relevant laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
