About the Role
 

As a Legal Research Intern, you will receive product/tool training and provide customer support through Live Support. Your role also includes conducting legal research and resolving customer inquiries about usability and research.

Internship Duration: 5/12/25-8/15/25

*Must be eligible to work in the United States
 

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and providing solutions to customers via Live Support chat.
• Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity of information from customer conversations.
• Managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Understanding customer pain points and providing an effortless customer experience
• Using scripted messages appropriately and timely.
• Creating meaningful connections with customers and offering additional products or services when applicable.

Requirements

• Be currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate program. 1L, 2L, or 3L law students are eligible for the internship.
• Possess excellent typing skills with a minimum of 40 wpm and 85% accuracy.
• Have efficient multitasking and time management abilities.
• Be empathetic and understanding of customer needs.
• Demonstrate excellent business acumen and be able to offer value-added services to customers.
• Be detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to accuracy and quality of work.
