This is a full-time 32+ hour per week, non-exempt position. Due to the nature of the position, this role is 100% in office to best serve our parishioners.  The Church and School of St Peter policy provides for a minimum of 10 paid holidays and 15 days of paid time off (PTO) annually, which can be used for sick leave, vacation and/or personal days.  As a full-time employee you are also eligible for health and dental coverage, 403(b) plan, HSA, and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms as well.  In addition, we offer a 30% employee discount to all employees whose children are attending the parish Catholic school.  These and other available benefits are outlined in our employee manual.

Employment in and by the Church is substantially different from secular employment.  Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner, which is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church.  Their public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the Archdiocese, such that it can embarrass the Church or give rise to scandal.  This position does not require that an employee be an active participating Catholic, however it is expected that the employee will have an understanding of the rich tradition and doctrine of the Church and will uphold and enforce the teachings of the Church.
