Community Manager

The role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Community Manager to lead and grow our brand’s presence on TikTok. This role requires a trend-savvy individual who understands TikTok’s unique ecosystem and knows how to create compelling content that engages and builds a loyal community. You will be responsible for content strategy, audience engagement, trend monitoring, and influencer collaborations to enhance our brand’s impact on the platform.

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in social media management, particularly TikTok, may be considered in place of formal education.

Main Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation:

Develop and execute engaging, trend-driven content tailored for TikTok. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

  • Community Engagement:

Actively monitor comments, messages, and interactions on our TikTok account. Respond promptly to user inquiries and foster a positive, inclusive community.

  • Trend Monitoring & Analytics:

Stay up to date with TikTok trends and platform updates. Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve content performance.

  • Collaboration & Partnerships:

Identify and connect with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and drive campaign success.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media communities, particularly on TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.
