Ecommerce Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform listings, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum sales potential
  • Drive online sales through various channels such as our website, Amazon, eBay, and social media platforms
  • Engage with customers through online communication, offering product advice, answering inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and improve product offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to coordinate online promotions, special offers, and product launches
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust product listings and strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
  • Handle customer reviews and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • Stay current with the latest trends in ecommerce, technology, and digital marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curves

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant eCommerce experience for a large eCommerce retailer or for a large manufacturer selling through eCommerce
  • Minimum of 2+ years of combined experience in sales or buyer leadership roles a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or related study a plus
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and social media sales tools
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and sales analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude towards customer service and sales growth
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

**This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
