ABOUT THE ROLE: 

There are internships, then there are internships at Cars Commerce. Cars Commerce is seeking a remote Media and Digital Solutions Sales Intern who will work closely with Client Partners and sales leaders who oversee revenue growth and business development of Cars Commerce's expansive suite of media and digital solutions. The intern will assist in projects and activities focused on supporting the sales team in driving new customer sales, upselling existing customers, improving sales reporting, managing sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and organizing marketing collateral to support front line sellers (Client Partners). This is a unique opportunity to learn what makes a company like Cars Commerce, its employees, and customers successful!

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Learn about the automotive industry and the importance of effective advertising through 1st party data, improving consumer shopping experiences online, and integrating software solutions into business operations.

  • Create, package and distribute sales collateral and reporting to dealers as requested
  • Organize sales reporting and insights to managers to assist with pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing.
  • Research and provide industry insights and talking points to improve front line sellers communication with customers and prospects.
  • Assist with creating decks and content for sales team training and weekly staff meetings.
  • Weekly reporting and analysis as requested by sales leaders.
  • Plan and shadow dealer meetings alongside Client Partners to experience the full sales cycle from start to finish

ABOUT YOU: 

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented, remote environment and enjoy challenging projects
  • Positive attitude with a desire to network and learn from others
  • Organized and detail oriented with a can-do approach to projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and G-Suite
  • Proven ability analyzing data, presenting insights, and creating metrics
  • You bring ideas and new ways of thinking/approaching issues and projects

Preferred: 

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, or related major

Program Details & Benefits:

  • Program Duration: June 9th - August 15th
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Location: Hybrid (Work remote and work from the office 1-2 days out of the week)
