At Zuzick Organization, Globe Life/AIL we provide permanent benefits for over 40,000 union and association members across the United States. Globe Life is one of the largest benefits companies in the country.  We are the official insurance company of Dallas Cowboys,  Los Angeles Lakers, Atalanta Braves. We are also the official benefits company of the Texas Rangers,  and have naming rights to their ball park Globe Life Field.  Our organization has experienced double digit growth for 5 years in a row.  We are looking to expand our team and fill new leadership roles to continue our growth. Position Overview:

Seeking an extremely motivated and dynamic individual for a leadership position.  This role is designed for those who are eager to grow their careers not just in sales but in management.  You will work closely with our team to develop strategies, drive performance, and foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in achieving targets and objectives

Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategies

Cultivate strong relationships with clients

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture

Assist in training and onboarding new sales representatives
