Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Consultant

Requirements for the role:
- Must be a BCBA in good standing
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals
- A Masters degree in psychology or applied behavior analysis.
- A minimum of 2 years working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in an ABA position
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clear background check is a must
- Must be update to date on yearly flu vaccine and COVID vaccine and boosters
- Must be completing coursework toward BCBA certification or begin coursework within 3 months of hire
- Individuals meeting BCaBA requirements or undergoing certification will be given special consideration.
- Preferred- experience with Central Reach Learn
- Compensation range: $85,000-$95,150
BCBA/BCaBA supervision offered.
