We're looking for an energetic, purpose-driven Software Engineer for Guardify, which is helping the criminal justice ecosystems with digital evidence technology to accelerate justice and healing for survivors of crime. Your Role
- Learn product, code base, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipeline.
- Functional testing of developed features.
- Authoring automated tests for new and existing features.
- Develop enhancements, bug fixes, and assist with new features.

About You
- At least 2+ years of college education.
- Demonstrated experience with a frontend development, preferably with a Vue.js or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with backend/API development, preferably with PHP.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with automated testing and cloud computing concepts.
- Experience in a social enterprise or tech startup is a bonus.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $24 to $30 per hour. Pay may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including year in school, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered.
