City of Hampton Internship Program

The American Theatre
This performing arts intern will support on-site event production by assisting with lighting plots, sound mixing, stage setup, and show advancement. - Marketing & Communications Internship: Assist with event promotion, advertising, and social media strategy for events at the Hampton Coliseum. This is a great opportunity for students interested in marketing and public relations.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and tourism while supporting preparations for the Hampton VA250 commemorations. Intern will shadow and collaborate with probation officers and pretrial staff as well as assist with case documentation and conflict resolution.
