Job Responsibilities:

• Be great at Math and make others love Math
• Support the Center Director in administering accurate student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Train others in using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices and be a back-up instructor when needed
• Own the student and instructor scheduling using our in-house software and handle relevant customer communications
• Help deliver after-school programs at local elementary schools
• Assist with admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service
• Very good with technology
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• Be eager to grow with the center and take on more responsibilities

For the right candidate, we can offer a full-time salary of $35k + benefits. Part time option also available for $21-$25 per hour but at least 30 hours expected.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
