10 Week Summer Ministry Internship - Youth & Christian Missions

Touch the World is both a youth ministry and missions organization. Experience the ins-and-outs of serving in ministry with us and explore your God-given calling and potential vocation! This internship will not just be an opportunity for you to serve and grow in professional development in a ministry setting, it is truly part of our ministry back to you to help you discern your next steps.
As an intern, you will be part of our summer operations in one of our sites (NJ/PA). We will match you with a staff member to serve as your mentor, based upon your area of interest/skill. You will assist with various tasks required to make our summer program—training youth teams for short-term missions participation—happen.
Who is this for? 21-27 year olds, current college students/soon-to-be grads who are uncertain about their career path and are seeking vocational direction and who have a desire to explore youth ministry or missions.
Work alongside our staff mentors in a specific area of interest, such as:
- Marketing
- Data Management
- Media - Photography, Video, Sound
- Graphic Design
- Administration
- Construction - Grounds Crew - Manual Labor
- Kid's Ministry and Childcare

Other Details:
The first half of the internship is preparing for our summer program. This will take place at our HQ Office (Allendale, NJ) or depending on your skills, you may be assigned to grounds prep at our campus (Kunkletown, PA). General work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. The second half of the summer is running our program. This will require multiple overnights and some weekends. During these weeks, Mondays are a rest day.
If you do not live in the PA/NJ area, housing with a host family or at our campus (PA) is available.
You will receive a $1,500 stipend at the end of the summer and benefit from the intentional mentoring and vocational formation provided through tailored teachings and readings.
