Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern to assist with daily shop operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students interested in business operations, retail, or customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, assisting with general inquiries.
  • Create and update work orders, ensuring accuracy in job details.
  • Assist in processing invoices and maintaining order records.
  • Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
  • Help with basic marketing tasks, such as social media posts and promotions.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in college (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn about print production and customer service best practices.
