Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern to assist with daily shop operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students interested in business operations, retail, or customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service.
- Answer phone calls and emails, assisting with general inquiries.
- Create and update work orders, ensuring accuracy in job details.
- Assist in processing invoices and maintaining order records.
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
- Help with basic marketing tasks, such as social media posts and promotions.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn about print production and customer service best practices.
