Workforce Grant Analyst
Kitsap County Human Services Department has an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join us within our Olympic Workforce Development Council (OWDC) division. The position is responsible for administration of the employment and training management information systems as well as monitoring and evaluating employment and training programs. The incumbent will also provide input into the development of programs and will administer contracts to include monitoring data and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Social Services, or closely related field; and
- At least three years experience in database maintenance, data processing, or information systems.
- Relevant work experience demonstrating required knowledge, skills, and abilities may substitute for educational requirements.? Work experience is essential and cannot be replaced by additional education.
Preferred Education, Experience or Other Qualifications
- Human Services database administration and management information system operations
- Principles and techniques of program evaluation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $84,260.39 - $107,796.26. This position offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a pension retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
