Channel CRM Coordinator

General Summary of Position:

  • Maintain Agent Contacts from event lists in Salesforce
  • Update Agent assignments for all Channel Managers and Support
  • Assist Channel Program Managers in marketing initiatives
  • Creating Salesforce Reports/Dashboards for Directors and VPs
  • Processing Handoffs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills; strong coordination and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills
