General Summary of Position:
- Maintain Agent Contacts from event lists in Salesforce
- Update Agent assignments for all Channel Managers and Support
- Assist Channel Program Managers in marketing initiatives
- Creating Salesforce Reports/Dashboards for Directors and VPs
- Processing Handoffs
