Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator & Office Cleaner is the backbone of our office operations, keeping things running smoothly, clean, and welcoming. You’ll be the go-to person for all facilities repair and maintenance efforts, ensuring every corner of the workplace feels organized and inviting. This role is full-time onsite.

As a vital part of the facility management team, you’ll help deliver exceptional service and tackle exciting projects to enhance our environment.

What You’ll Do
Every day is a little different, but here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Keep the office looking its best—tidy up spaces, reset conference rooms, and inspect for repairs or renovations.
  • Restock office supplies, maintain printers, and keep mailrooms and storage areas organized.
  • Partner with the cleaning crew to maintain front-office bathroom cleanliness and workspaces that reflect our company standards.
  • Receive deliveries and packages with a smile and keep things flowing smoothly.
  • Support health and safety compliance across the workplace.
  • Help out with corporate events and seasonal tasks like outdoor furniture setups.
  • Manage the heart of the office—coffee points and kitchens—with daily cleaning, restocking, and dishwashing.
  • Set up and clear catering for events, ensuring every gathering runs seamlessly.
  • Assist with meeting room and event setups, bringing your organizational magic to the table.
  • Be ready to jump in and support wherever needed!

What You’ll Have

  • Strong English communication and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with FedEx shipping services a plus!
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of building security.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
  • A degree in facilities management, business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
