Training Team Intern - Fall

The Training Team works globally with teams in diverse cultures that face various challenges! With an educational lens the Training Team looks to equip passionate and creative individuals by creating training material for field workers in order to better reach youth. This commitment is followed through by thoroughly thought through training materials, thoughtful leadership and fast paced communication. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Content Development: Assist in the development of training content, allowing for a wide variety of training materials usable for diverse audiences.
  • Research: Conduct research to further develop and understand the principles and practices of model discipleship for content development and enrichment. 
  • Course Development: Create easily understood and accurate training materials to facilitate learning that reflects best learning practices.
  • Event Programming: Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions and events through several channels of communication.
  • Communication: Assist in the monitoring and answering of communications Through several channels, promptly tracking and delivering responses.
  • Project Management: Facilitate and lead projects from start to finish, creating avenues for growth, collaboration, and innovation.
