We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Supply Chain Manufacturing Intern to join our team to support by bringing new ideas to help reduce waste and improving inventory management. If you're passionate about manufacturing and supply chain and also eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

As a Supply Chain Manufacturing Intern, you'll be an integral part of our manufacturing team, working closely with our experienced Supply Chain Analyst and Purchasing Manager. You'll gain hands-on experience in understanding our business needs and our current inbound/outbound processes. We will look to you to help optimize our efficiencies with our plastic blow molding operation and assisting with various supply chain-related tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in manufacturing and learn more about supply chain management.

At Radius Packaging we are passionate about our interns! 

Responsibilities:

• Review and improve dunnage tracking and receipt process for both inbound and outbound materials.
• Assist the team in identifying material waste and help distinguish aged and obsolete inventory. 
• Review and propose alternative industrial recycling options and outline the advantages of changing our current process.
• Participate in the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process.
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas of process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements.
• Learn and grow by actively participating in training and mentorship programs.
