Operations Manager

The role...

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager who will work hand-in-hand with our Partner Success, Student Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams. This is a dynamic, multifaceted, and challenging role. You will serve as a foundational member on our operations team, working alongside our Operations Lead. As we continue our high-growth trajectory, you will be a pivotal member in driving the momentum and velocity behind our company's growth — excited yet?!

What you get to do...

  • Manage the Partner Operations team, ensuring they are well positioned to…
    • Configure, launch, and maintain programs within the Knack System
    • Support partners, tutors, and students by handling front-line issues via email, phone, and chat
    • Drive student tutoring usage and satisfaction of services among partnered institutions
  • Chart and execute strategic plans to improve outcomes for existing partnerships
  • Answer escalated support questions and execute on tasks to resolve user issues
  • Drive student tutoring usage and satisfaction of services among partnered institutions
  • Lead maintenance, improvement, and delivery of help content & support resources
  • Engage with team members across the business to better understand issues and address questions
  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead on operational initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of Knack’s business
