Take parts order from customers and service technicians both face-to-face and over the phone. • Providing technical assistance to customers by interpreting diagrams, schematics, and manuals. • Preparation and management of proper and accurate invoices. • Call customers about parts specials and parts needs on a regular basis. • Offer an image of helpfulness, knowledge and experience. • Maintain accurate inventory through billing, orderliness and cleanliness in the parts department • Assist in managing parts stocking and ordering • Assist in inventory management by doing inventory counts as set by the Parts Manager
