Program Manager

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) effort in Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT.

Education:  Must have at a minimum, Master’s degree, MBA or MS in science/engineering from an accredited university.

Months/Years of Experience:   At least ten (10) years of management experience to include five (5) years of direct DOD contracts program management experience in chemical/biological defense programs or equivalent. 

Required Qualifications:  U. S. Citizen.  Must have a security clearance. Must have demonstrated ability in monitoring, reporting, and presenting overall project cost, schedule, and performance to the customer. Must have experience in marketing, identifying customer requirements, developing cost-effective solutions, leading proposal efforts, preparing cost estimates, planning, and executing multiple projects. Must be experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements.

Skills Needed:  Must be proficient in using Microsoft (MS®) Project or similar project management software.

Duties:  Responsible for the overall performance of the work.  The PM shall be available during DPG normal duty hour/duty day except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed per installation commander.
