What You’ll Do:

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging, trend-based content (videos, reels, posts) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Post at least 3 Instagram and TikTok updates per week, ensuring content aligns with our brand voice.

On-Site Content Capture

• Weekend content shooting at key locations and major events.
• Travel to tour locations to capture behind-the-scenes moments, customer experiences, and scenic shots.

Growth & Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms.
• Actively grow our social media following and engagement through organic and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track social media performance, analyze growth trends, and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Who You Are:

Social Media Savvy – Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Creative & Trend-Aware – Passion for viral content, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented – Can work independently and execute strategies efficiently.
Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal skills for engaging social media interactions.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with content creation tools, social media scheduling, and analytics platforms (preferred).
Team Player – Comfortable collaborating with the marketing team and assisting with brand initiatives.
