Project Manager Chemical Test Division (CTD)

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) effort in Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), UT.

Education:   Must have a bachelors degree in science or engineering from an accredited university and at least five (5) years of project management experience with DOD contracts, preferably chemical or biological defense programs; or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:  U.S. Citizen.  Must have a security clearance.   Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of chemists, scientists, and/or engineers in the planning and execution of test programs.  Must have experience in marketing, identifying customer requirements, developing cost-effective solutions, leading proposal efforts, preparing cost estimates, planning, and executing multiple projects.   Experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements. Must have demonstrated ability in monitoring, reporting, and presenting overall project cost, schedule, and performance to the customer.

Skills Needed:   Proficiency using MS® Project or similar project management software.
