The role at a glance:
- This role includes forming strong relationships with clients in order to make valuable business opportunities. In this role, you will be helping ELOKON build brand awareness while also providing customer support. You will be dependable, confident, and driven to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven and success hungry.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients to offer our products
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients
- Expand customer base and improve customer retention
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in line with the company’s guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies and business plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the management team
- Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with the clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase industry knowledge and gain new business contacts
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
