Revenue Specialist, RMCC Dallas

This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. Reporting to the Director of RMCC, you will work on projects including forecast, market analysis, and generating strategy plans to increase revenue.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Update applicable Revenue Management reporting and distribute to both internal and external teams
- Support Revenue Managers with implementation of strategy changes, forecasting, and analysis
- Conduct daily pricing and strategy analysis with mentor hotel(s)
- Formulate a plan to improve hotel performance, communicate that plan to the hotel team, and implement the changes in relevant systems, including OnQ R&I, OnQ RM, and GRO
- Send targeted communications describing relevant strategy and pricing changes
- Help prepare for and lead weekly Commercial Strategy Meetings, including discussions on future issues such as booking pace, performance statistics, and other hotel-specific goals
- Ad-hoc projects including but not limited to market research and systems audits
How you will collaborate with others:
- Form a positive relationship with the hotel teams and other main revenue management partners
- Achieve the appropriate revenue strategy, including pricing, for all portfolio hotels
- Communicate with partners on revenue management strategy and pricing
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports
- Proficiency in analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations
- Microsoft Excel skills utilizing pivot tables
