Immigration Paralegal

The Immigration Practice Group at McCandlish Holton provides visa services and "day-to-day" immigration advice to businesses, colleges and universities, school systems, professors and researchers, and individuals across the country and around the world. We advise U.S. and foreign clients on all aspects of obtaining U.S. work visas as well as the hiring and transfer of international personnel.

Our Paralegals and Attorneys work in a team environment that is fast-paced, high-pressured and deadline intensive.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate, through previous experience, the ability to quickly respond to tight, often changing deadlines; they will be detail oriented, energetic, accurate and able to handle a high volume of work in this busy, fast-paced department.

This is an on-site position based in our Richmond, VA office and is not remote. The role is highly writing-intensive, so candidates with a background in journalism, news writing, or editorial work are strongly encouraged to apply.
