Summer Internship Program

Join us for an exciting summer internship program with Hill International! In this program, you will be working with and learning from various employees at Hill International, visiting and working at client project sites, networking opportunities and many other activities to gain knowledge and experience in the industry! Hill’s Internship Program is expected to begin in May 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project meetings to gain a greater understanding of the project delivery process.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following processes and procedures 
• Comply with data integrity and security policies 
• Disciplines may include one or a combination:
  • Document Controls and Project Reporting
  • Project tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering or construction management 
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous industry internship/work experience a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
