IT Service Desk Intern
Summary of Job:
Lee Company is seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Intern to join our IT team for the summer. As an intern, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and learn to provide white-glove customer service to all employees. Gain valuable experience in cutting edge platforms like Copilot, the Power platform, Dynamics 365, and many more. You will work closely with our experienced IT team, helping ensure that IT services run smoothly and efficiently across the organization.
Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Skills and Abilities:
Experience working with Microsoft office products required – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Experience working with Microsoft office products preferred – Visio, SharePoint,
Experience working with Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
