Position Overview
The Paid Media Intern will assist the Media team in executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital and traditional media buying, campaign strategy, and analytics. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about paid media management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing and monitoring paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with the Media team to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the creation of campaign performance reports, including pacing, analytics, and optimization insights.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics to ensure they are on track and flag any issues to the team.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for ad creatives that align with target audiences.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging paid advertising trends and technologies in both digital and traditional channels.
- Shadow team members to gain an understanding of programmatic media management and other self-serve platforms.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients as needed to provide updates and insights.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the digital advertising industry.

Duration:
