Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: In Person in Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed)

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our fast-growing company. With a current team of 50 employees and ambitious plans to quadruple revenue in the next three years, the Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of key business functions. This multifaceted position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including front desk duties, HR support, customer service, company culture initiatives, event planning, and accounting assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
2. Office Management & Front Desk:
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a productive workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate parties.
3. Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support the implementation of training programs and professional development initiatives.
4. Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
5. Company Culture & Event Planning:
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive and engaging company culture.
- Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote core values and employee engagement.
6. Accounting & Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports as requested by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Experience in HR, customer service, or accounting is a plus.
