Intern to the Head of Issuer and Broker Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to support the Head of Issuer and Broker Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to key projects and initiatives. The intern will have exposure to a variety of tasks and projects, providing a comprehensive learning experience and the opportunity to develop skills in research, analysis, project management, and client relations.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern to the Head of Issuer and Broker Solutions:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Project Support: Provide support on various projects, including project planning, tracking, and reporting. Assist in the coordination of project meetings and documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist in data analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Issuer and Broker Solutions to support the team and department objectives.

Skills and Experience of the Intern to the Head of Issuer and Broker Solutions:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Details:

  • Pay for this position with be $25/hour
  • Interns will be located in our Cary, NC office on a hybrid schedule. The intern must live within commutable distance to the office and provide own housing. A housing stipend or relocation assistance will not be offered.
  • The duration of our program is 10 weeks, beginning on June 2, 2025
  • Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate course of study and be rising junior (senior commencing Fall 2025) with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be eligible to work in the US.
