Details: This is a full-time summer internship paid at $20.00/hour, with the potential for post-internship full-time employment.

Position Summary:

Starting this summer, Bold Orange is seeking an ambitious, bold, entrepreneurial spirit to join our growing, future focused agency.  As a supporting pillar to our stellar client strategy and services (CSS) team, you can expect to collaborate and support the best of the best, and to execute agency and client initiatives that result in forward thinking, top notch, customer experience solutions. The CSS Intern is passionate for the details, proactive and curious, and works to support “out of the box” solutions from start to finish.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dive deep to learn the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
• Collaborate, ideate, support, and execute on behalf of the client strategy and services team
• Actively listen, engage in and support client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference)
• Contribute to client solutioning across a variety of industries
• Additional duties as requested

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior or recent grad with a bachelor’s degree
• Great listening skills
• Strategic thinker with a point of view
• “Can do” approach to life
• Ability to take direction, work independently and collaboratively with multiple agency colleagues
• Excitement! Ready to be an integral part of an agency full of the best of the best, without ego, wired for culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to always be learning and growing
