A Research Technician position is available at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with Dr.Rohitashw Kumar’s Fungal pathogenesis research team


The scholarly research activities will consist of:

  • Mammalian cell culture, PCR, immunoblotting
  • Mice working including drug treatment, and infection 
  • Transient transfection, lentiviral infection, stable line generation
  • Fungal and bacterial culture antimicrobial screening 
  • Mice tissue sections and immunohistochemistry
  • Bioinformatic analysis: Python, R, datamining, et al.
