Compliance Analyst
This full-time salaried role with Anthesis Group (https://www.anthesisgroup.com/) supports electronics industry clients in achieveing environmental sustainability goals.
This role requires working directly with client contacts in product development, purchasing, environmental, and legal teams as well as with client suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Train suppliers in the electronics industry in compliance data management
- Support development of training materials
- Collect, validate and analyze compliance data
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system improvements
- Support documentation of client processes and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with client teams as appropriate
Requirements:
- BS degree required; MS degrees welcome; specialization in material science, chemistry, environmental studies, or a related topic is preferred
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Track record of effective project management
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of pivot tables and macros
Preferred:
- Relevant industry experience, including background with commodities in consumer electronics space (e.g., batteries, trackpads, displays, and keyboards)
- Familiarity with the material in the consumer electronics space (e.g., solder, metal alloys, plastics, adhesives)
- Familiarity with project management and business intelligence tools (examples: Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, Airtable, Jira)
- Familiarity with PLM systems such as Agile and Teamcenter
