Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on legal matters and represent their interests in a variety of matters, both in and out of court, as needed
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff regularly
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trials
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (or graduating in Spring 2025)
- Licensed to practice in PA (or awaiting PA Bar results)
- 1-3 years of legal experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
